He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo F. "Fletch" Flinn and Mabel C. Oldfield Flinn; his wife Kathleen Ann "Kathy" McNally Flinn; and his granddaughter Janet Kathleen Flinn. He is survived by: his children, Amy E. Flinn of Vienna, John C. Flinn (Kim) of Parkersburg, Andrew R. Flinn of Parkersburg and Brian P. Flinn of Vienna; his grandchildren, Thomas R. Flinn, McKenzie E. Flinn, Joshua Carroll, Cassie Flinn, Mason Flinn (Ashley), Raegan Flinn of Orion Flinn, C. J, Vaughan (Natalie) and Adam Vaughan (Holli); and his sister Mabel C. Dickey (Steven) of Midlothian, Virginia.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
