With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Calvin Edward Starkey of Vienna, West Virginia, born in Mannington, West Virginia, who passed away on January 18, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Clemma and Bertha Emma Beaty Starkey; and his daughter Sarah Starkey Lee Smith. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Kirsch Starkey of Virginia; his daughter Deborah Starkey of Vienna, Austria; his granddaughter Amy Lee Phelps Stollar of Marietta; and his great grandchildren, Michael Lee of Vienna, Toby Phelps and Lily Phelps of Marietta.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Wayside United Methodist Church or The Good Samaritan Center, both located at 3001 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, West Virginia.
