He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Cosner-Terrell; his sons, Shane Terrell (Andrea Ballengee) of Morgantown and Randy Terrell (Julie) of Vienna; his grandchildren, Emily Terrell of Vienna and Skyler Terrell of Morgantown; and his siblings, Mike Terrell (Kay) of Parkersburg, Pat Terrell of Walker, Sharon Woodyard of Vienna and Loris Brown of Georgia.
