He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bice and Ireta Riley Bice; and his sister Sandra Sue Smith. He is survived by: his wife Karen Bice; and his children, Benjamin J. Bice (Bobbie) of Vienna, Kimberly Anne Daggett (Zane) of Hooksett, NH and Amy Lynne O'Neill (Sean) of Tennessee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
