Barbara Lou Wigal Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2023, at the age of 69, Barbara Lou Wigal of Vienna, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Varner and Marjorie Beall Varner; and her siblings, Judy and Arthur Varner. She is survived by: her husband Don Wigal; her children, Eric Wigal (Helen), Stephanie Stephens and Elizabeth Wilson (Daniel); her grandchildren, Stephen Stephens (Morgan), Madelyn Stephens, Jacob Stephens, Brianna Wigal and Holley Wilson; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Wigal and Bonnie. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
