Farmer (Vienna, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on February 5, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey W. Farmer and Inez Fletcher Farmer; his wife Evelyn Marie Farmer; and his sister Helen Louise Farmer. He is survived by: his daughter Wanda Greer (John) of Vienna; his siblings, Barbara Neal of Chesapeake, Ohio and Carl Edward Farmer Sr. (Jean) of Charleston, WV; and his grandchildren, John Greer Jr., James Greer, Andrew Greer and Allyn Greer (Marci).
