He is survived by: his wife Ella Rose Tuttle (O'Brien); his children, Amber R. Tuttle of Parkersburg, Lance A. Tuttle (Jennifer Farnsworth) of Parkersburg and Mark A. Tuttle (Cathy Bollinger) of Parkersburg; his sister Sharon Wingrove; his grandchildren, Misha D. and Edward S. Tuttle; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Bryson.
