He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neal and Iva Taylor Neal; and his wife Patricia Lynn Boothe Neal. He is survived by: his daughter Sara J. Neal; his siblings, Glenna Kenney of Hopewell, WV, Susan Young of Hopewell, WV, Clyde of Hico, Lacy of Hico, Lester of Hico and Stevie of Hopewell, WV; and his grandson Benjamin Neal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
