She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Scott (William) of Georgetown, PA and Victor Thomas Cooper (Barb) of Gastonia, NC; and her sister Rexie Cunningham of Weirton, WV. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
