She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Monroe and Veda Clara Coleman (Smith); her husband Harold; her son Freddie Wingfield, Sr.; and her siblings, Chester "Buster" James, William "Willie" Nelson, Velva Mitchell, Betty Thomas King, Carol Coleman, Mary Sue Scarbrough, Norma Adkins Flint and Samuel Legg.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Arthur (William "Skipper" Arthur) of Mount Hope, James Wingfield (Robin) of Hico and Billy F. Coleman of Fayetteville; her stepchildren, Robert Reynolds of Ohio, Timothy Reynolds of Kansas, Sandy Cain of Kansas and Debbie Reynolds of Ohio; her sister Helen Pittman of Kentucky; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Wingfield of Hico. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home- Oak Hill (999 Jones Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the High Lawn Memorial Park (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
