He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Small and Esta Harrah Small; his wife Shirley Wyant Small; his daughters, Cindy (Pat Vance) and Rica Small; his brother Tracy Ray Harrah; his grandchildren, Patrick Vance, Josh Vance, Justin Small, David Koch, Amber Koch and Jacob Small; and his cousin Phyillis Hess. He was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.
