She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Wellman; her parents, Ottie Herndon and Katherine Herndon; her siblings, Janet Perry, Mary Maher, Junior, Jim, John, Bob and Larry; and her children-in-law, Diana Wellman and Kent Haga.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Haga, Ernie and Mike Wellman; her grandchildren, Chris, Mike, Heather, Brooke, Ashley, Ryan, Jody, Matthew and Joshua; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Emerson and Liam (Kindergarten). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
