He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kegley (Darnell); his sons, David Cook (Racheal) of Fredericksburg, VA and Phillip Cook (Karen) of Gilbert, WV; his grandchildren, Morgan Cook, Cooper Cook, Hunter Lester, Bryson Cook and Kaden Cook; and his sisters, Phyllis Hardy and Sue Curry.
