He was predeceased by: his father Sheldon Delonge Dempsey; his grandparents, Allen Dale Pennington, Jack and Elizabeth Dempsey; his uncles, Billy, Danny, Tim, Phil Dempsey, Steven and Bobby Pennington; his aunt Carol Ann Dempsey; and his cousins, Angela Dawn Pennington Adkins and Amber Dempsey.

He is survived by: his mother Alice Lynne Pennington Dempsey of Crown.
