He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Dee Butcher and Jewell Moore Butcher (Sissie); his brother Larry Dale Butcher; and his parents-in-law, Harold Lee Evans and Mary Alice Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Evans Butcher; his children, Ashley Alician Butcher (Cole Vance) of Logan, Jody Christopher Butcher (Samantha) of Whitman and Jessi Tomblin of Verdunville; his grandchildren, Ranger Lee Crum, Raiden Vader Grey Crum and Jaxson Colt Butcher; his siblings, Joan Perry (Andrew), Delaine Davis (Jim), Kathy Dempsey (Jimmy) and Frank Butcher (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Dingess (Jasper) and Harold Evans (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
