He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Moore and Laura Moore; his wife Julia Ostrich Moore; his siblings, Troy Nelson, Samuel, Donald Moore, Jewel "Sissy" Butcher and Reba Tomblin; and his grandson Gabriel Webb.
He is survived by: his friend Peewee; his sister-in-law Mary Ostrich; his children, Diane Webb of Verdunville, Gary Moore (Linda) of Verdunville, Tammy Moore McCloud of Verdunville and Jordan Moore of Verdunville; his grandchildren, Andrea Adkins (Doug), Joshua Webb, Stacy McCart, Jason McCloud and Matthew Moore; his great grandchildren, Jason McCloud II, McKenna Adkins (Benjamin), Cheyenne Webb, William Adkins, Noah Adkins and Alexandria McCart; his great great grandchildren, Iliana Webb and Berkeley Adkins; his sister Lucille Tomblin of Verdunville; and his close friends, Rickard "Dick" Adkins, Andrew, Badgett, Ben Elkins, Bernice Richardson, Harold Lee Evans, Charles Dalton, Jim Harmon, Drema Miller, Chalk Moore, Scott Conley, Mary Rose Marcum, Raymond Williamson, Alex Tomblin and Larry Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family asks, in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to the St. Jude's Foundation in honor of Grady's life.
