She is survived by: her siblings, Jessie Hannah, Donnretta Carter and Willis Carter Jr. (Gay); her nieces and nephews, Debra Westerfield (Dick), Teresa Sawyers (Don), Leah Ann Gilbert (Glen), Ellen Fetters (Keith), Euna Renee Askins, Teri Tomblin, Joseph Carter, Jason Carter, Ralph Carter Jr. and Much; and also, Sherlene Olson, Barb and Wendell Bryant.
