She is survived by: her husband Elbert Collins Jr.; her sons, Greg Collins (Marie) of Harts, Rethel Collins (Gidgette) of Harts and James Collins (Crystal) of Chapmanville; her caregiver Tammy Collins of Verdunville; her grandchildren, Devin Collins, Sheena Collins, Ava Collins and Nathan Collins; her siblings, Ray Hensley (Becky) of Swanton, OH and Lois Jean Irwin (Hensley) of Maysville, KY; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Hensley, Naomi Hensley, Carrie Tafoya, Malinda Workman, Phyllis Collins, Gary Collins (Jean) and Gilbert Collins (Connie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
