She is survived by: her parents, Ronnie Scaggs and Debbie Scaggs (Tomblin) of Verdunville; her husband Billy Brooks of Verdunville; her brother Brandon Scaggs (Joelle O'Rouke) of West Logan; her children, Layney, Colton, Ava, Jessa and Damion Brooks of Verdunville; her grandmother Lucille Tomblin of Verdunville; her pets, Freya and Conway; and her caregivers, Dr. Billy Mullen and Dr. Marzouk. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
