She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "F. L." Johnson (Arlene) of Beckley and Lois Eloise Jackson (Gene) of Alum Creek. She is survived by: her significant other Robbie Blevins of Van, WV; her children, Missi Blevins of Danville and Jason Blevins (Jennifer) of Jeffrey; her sister Cheryl Adkins (Dwayne) of Alum Creek; her half-siblings, Donna Thompson of Beckley and Michael Johnson of Beckley; her grandchildren, Cody Blevins of Jeffrey, Tanner Blake (Taylor) of Madison, Owen Blevins (Hannah) of Jeffrey and Tabitha Blake of Madison; her great grandchildren, Mason Blevins, Bentley Hayes, Paxton Blevins and Brantley Blake; and her close friend Emma Jane Jarrell (Anthony Carrico).
