She is survived by: her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Karen Cantrell of Freehold, NJ; her son Chris; her daughter-in-law Bambi Cantrell of Rogersville, TN; her daughter Ella; her son-in-law Billy Smutko of Mifflin, WV; her sons, Steve Cantrell of Bethlehem, PA and Joshua Cantrell of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Jason, Joe, Jay, Jenn (Steve), Christopher, Carson, Crystal, Billy (Mariah), Michael (Sarah), Joey, Jacob and Erica; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Aaron, Ryleigh, Paityn, Zoey, Aiden and Vincent; her siblings, Dewey Osborne Jr., Joyce Lowe and Fred Osborne; and her sister-in-law Susan.
