He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Perry and Oshie Edna Puckett; his siblings, Ray Puckett, Calvin Puckett and Selma Totten; and his great grandchildren, Jimmy Clayton and Kaylee May Puckett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kuhn Puckett; his children, Jeremy Puckett (Delease) of Van, WV, Tina Ferrell (Ronald) of Lancaster, SC and Teresa Jarrell of Greensboro, NC; his siblings, Ivan Puckett, Paul Puckett and Louella West of Florida; his grandchildren, Jimmy Hartman of New Hampshire, Charles Dee Jarrell of North Carolina, Ron Lee Ferrell of South Carolina and Melinda Holmes of South Carolina; and his great grandchildren, Alyson Kelly, Loraleigh Kelly, Justin Kelly, Autumn Holmes, Damien Quincy Ferrell, Ayden Lamar Ferrell and Brayden Cameron Holmes.
