She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ed Sr. and Bersheba Sheppard; her husband Lee R. Collins; her sons, John Collins Sr. and James Collins; and her siblings, Ellen Blankenship, Tom Estep, Lewis Sheppard Sr., John Ed Sheppard Jr. and Virgil Lee Sheppard.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Dulcie; her grandchildren, John Jr. Collins (Christina), Kristen Collins and Ethan Collins; her great grandchildren, Audrey Collins, Sawyer Collins, Charlie Garlin and Apphia Collins Boursiquot; and her sister-in-law Shelby Sheppard. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
