It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Mae Hite Gould of Valley Head, West Virginia, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Fred Hite and Sylvia Violet Turner Hite; and her siblings, Walker Hite Jr., Jiggs Hite and Margie Starr.
She is survived by: her significant other Richard "Dick" Gould; her children, Richard Gould II and Melissa "Gould" Wilfong; her grandchildren, Haleigh Wilfong and Matthew Gould; and her sisters, Wanda Corder of Ohio, Barbara Shiley of Lewisburg and Doris Long of Valley Head.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Linda's memory to the Davis Medical Center Cancer Care Center 801 Gorman Ave, Elkins, WV 26241, WV Caring 169 Diamond St, Elkins, WV 26241, or to the Valley Head United Methodist Church 21150 Seneca Trail, Valley Head, WV 26294.
