She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ronald Stauffer and Martha Nagy Stauffer; her husband David "Dave" Begg; her daughters, Kaitlyn Broyles (Brian) of Princeton and Sarah Begg of Valley Head; her grandchildren, Liam, Elly, Layla, Anthony and Jase Broyles; and her sisters, Kathy Hunkele (Gary) and Kim Scheidemantle.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Karen's name to the Valley Head Public Library PO Box 98 Valley Head WV 26294.
