He is survived by: his parents, Betty Jane Burrier (Carroll) and Jeffrey of Beech Bottom, WV; his daughter Sandra Slivka of Wellsburg, WV; his brother John Wendell Coen Jr. of Beech Bottom, WV; his nephews, Josiah Coen and Elijah Coen; and also Hunter Sayre of Wellsburg, WV.
