Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Philip leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gould Brooks and Irene Margaret Marks Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Philip Brooks Jr., Christine Brooks and Richard "Rick" Poots.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services (158 Meadow Ln, Valley Bend, WV 26293).
