He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blaine Stemple and Sylvia Idabelle Griffith; and his stepson Jeffrey Eye. He is survived by: his wife Sonja of Valley Bend; his brother James (Linda) of Martinsburg, WV.; and his stepchildren, Sara Marquis, Kenneth High, David Eye, Deborah Nutter, Cheryl Hildreth and Tim Eye. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
