She is survived by: her daughter Crystalin Jill Fox of Randallstown, MD; and her siblings, William Gum (Sara) of Elkins, Cynthia Spencer (John) of Franklin, WV, Valerie Haddix, Paula Waters of Clearwater, FL and Lisa Plum of Valley Bend. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
