He is survived by: his parents, Rick Tackett and Brenda Lee Lewis Tackett; his wife Kayla Harlan; his children, Alyssa Tackett, Allison Tackett, Cody Tackett, Summer Westfall and Autumn Westfall; his siblings, Keith Tackett (Bobbie) of Cassity, Sarah Haden (Greg) of Valley Head, Misty Lambert (JD) of Beverly and Frankie Kitzmiller of Elkins; his nieces and nephews, Emily Lindsey, Hailey, Jaylea, Shon, Nicholas and Logan; and also Charlie Smith.
The family has requested memorial contributions to be made in Chris' memory to the American Heart Association at heart.org.
