She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Hamrick; her children, Charles Chris Chapman (Annie) of Cottle, Robert Lee Chapman of Fairland, IN. and Melissa Kay Deetz (Todd) of Canvas, WV.; and her siblings, Kenneth Smith of Charleston and Donna Pelfrey of Ohio. She is also survived by her family and friends.
