She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hedrick and Florence America Hedrick (Lawrence); and her siblings, Paul Hedrick, Shirley Thompson, Ruby Crown, Frances Halterman, Joanna Hedrick and Loveain Warner.
She is survived by: her husband J. Bruce Smith; and her children, Ellen Turner (James) of Upper Tract, WV, Lynn Smith (Dena) of Upper Tract, WV and JB Smith (Amanda) of Upper Tract, WV. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
