He is survived by: his mother Martha Kail Rodgers Alt of Upper Tract; his stepfather Denton Alt; his son Terry Ray Schell (Sherry); his stepchildren, Josh Thorne (Tanhya) of Parsons One and Candice George of Petersburg Three; his brothers, Jeremy Schell (Kim) of Upper Tract, Daniel "Bucky" Alt (Leslie Dickinson) of Mobile, AL and Brian Alt (Ashley) of Franklin The; his stepdaughters, Carol Thompson of Sugar Grove and Carol Ratcliff of Parsons; and his nephew Many.
