He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Sites and Olivia Stearn Sites of Upper Tract; and his siblings, Michael S. Sites, Joseph E Sites, Jr., Olivia Delena Sites and Patricia Sites Niswander.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Sites Garrick of Rockledge and Diana Sites Alt of Rockville, Maryland.. He is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Franklin Presbyterian Church or to the Salvation Army in Harrisonburg, VA.
