He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lynn Barger (Might); his son James Stuart Barger, Jr. of Dundalk; his stepchildren, Eddie Gibson, Jr. of Front Royal, VA, Heather Gibson of York, PA and Jessica Smith; his siblings, Sharon Drummond of Dundalk, Terri Wilmoth of Reisterstown, MD and Kevin Barger of Dundalk; his grandchildren, Blazedyn Barger, Ellyna Barger, Conway Barger and Ryder Barger; and his stepgrandchildren, Hannah Allison, Tamaya Bailey, Alyssa Johnson, Lariyah Gibson, Isayah Gibson and Jeremiyah Jackson.
