He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Ratliff and Bernice Copeland Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Beth Thomas (Vince) and Rob of Union; his sister Jan Kessler (Al) of Charleston, WV.; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Blackwell of Emmitsburg, MD, Willa Hunter (Jackie) of Alderson and Riviera Drake (John) of Lilburn, GA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many friends.
