He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Hunter Level and Rosemary "Sweetie" Jarrett Level; his sisters, Katherine "Katie" Level Helms and Mary Sharon Level Neely; and his daughter-in-law Maryann Allen Level.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Level; his children, Billy Level of Organ Cave, Danny Level of Caldwell, Barry Level of Organ Cave and Angie Level Shaffier (Kirk) of Rockville, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alan, Ethan, Lindsey, Hayden Level, Patrick and Will Shaffier; his great grandchild Riley Noel Level; his stepchildren, Gina Still (Ray) of Alderson, Tina Carter (Eddie) of Grassy Meadows, Julia Stephens (Al) of Wytheville, Virginia, Neil Pence (Andi) of Falls Church, Dale Pence (Charity) of Second Creek and Jay Pence (Sherry) of Second Creek; his stepgrandchildren, Kelsey, Kari Still, Aaron, Ryan, Justin Riffey, Adam, Brayden, Layla, Weston, Jaycie Pence, Walker, Senah, Zack, Kyle Stephens, Tristan Morgan and Taylor Carter; and his siblings, David Hunter Level (Kay) of Knoxville, TN, Juanita "Pinky" Level Johnson (Ken) of Indio, Margaret "Margy" Lou Level Green (Patrick) of Organ Cave and Joanna "Joey" Delaquil (Joe) of Rock Hill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the regulations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are recommended while attending the service.
