He is survived by: his parents, Melvin "PeeWee" Carter (Donna) and Gloria Darlene Vandegrift Carter (James); his brother Bobby Carter; his niece Brooklyn; and his sons, Gage (Tori), Akari and Creed (Locklen).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Highland Park Church (Ronceverte, WV 24970). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
