He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hall and Edith Hall; and his siblings, Roger Hall and Patricia Hall. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hall of Waiteville, WV; his sister Rhonda Hall (Missy) of Union; and his children, Kimberly Gregory (Tim) of Lindside, WV, Cathy Hall (Randy) of Newport, VA and Jamie Hall of Newport, VA.
