He is survived by: his sibling Mahala Mitchell (Gary); his nephew Brandon Mitchell of Philippi; his cousins, William Hayes Duckworth of Philippi and Gary Levi Carper of Elkins; his uncle Gary Carper (Mary) of Belington; and his aunt Rose Waugaman Lantz (Mark) of Philippi.
