He is survived by: his wife Gracie Mason Rudder; his children, Julie Perine (Adam) of West Union, Kellie Cross of West Union and Edward "Matt" Rudder (Pamela); his grandchildren, Olivia, Madison, Reagan, Rylee Rudder, Ethan, Evan, Elias Cross and Seth Perine; and his sister Linda Paslosky (Paul) of Centerville, OH. He is also survived by 1 foster brother and 4 foster sisters.
