He is survived by: his significant other Mildred Marie Shields Costilow; his children, Betty Robinson (Greg), Bill Costilow (Rita), Robert Costilow (Denise) and Barbara Mumbauer (William); his grandchildren, Jason Costilow, Matthew Robinson, Alica Wright, Bethany Baldwin and Patrick Costilow; his stepgrandchildren, Greg Roberts, Julie Roberts and Jeremy Chandler; and his sisters, Nelda Stevens, Fran Gracco, Bernice Robertson and Ona Martin.
