She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Buster and Janet H. Burns Wilson; and her husband Herbert E. "Herbie" Shires. She is survived by: her siblings, Freda J. Wilson (Christopher Mohl) of Hillsdale Road, Velma Bostic (O'Dell) of Union and Wayne Wilson of Huntersville, NC..
