It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Reynolds of Union, West Virginia, born in Ronceverte, West Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mothers, Etta Marie White of Union and Martha Thomas of Alderson; and her brother Jimmy Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Carl "Sonny" Reynolds; her daughter Cheryl Hawkins (Jim Whitis) of Ronceverte; her siblings, Louise Hiser (Frank) of Fairlea, Shirley Thomas of Alderson, Nancy Baker (Dwyre) of Alderson, Betty Morgan of Alderson, Rodger Thomas (Betty) of Alderson, Rodney Thomas (Natalie) of Texas and Forrest Thomas of Alderson; and her friends, Brenda Walker of Union, Aaron Hill, Bill, Pam Hensley of Sinks Grove, Becky Sharp of Union and Church. She is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
