She was predeceased by: her father Clayton Holstine; her sister Pamela Holstine; and her partner Bubby Jarrell. She is survived by: her mother Mabel Holstine of Costa; her daughter Tiffany Wells (Joseph) of Peytona; her grandsons, Carson and Dalton Wells; and her brothers, Daniel Holstine of Ohio and Roger Holstine (Shelly) of Costa. She is also survived by nieces and great nieces.
