He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Duncan and Martha Duncan; his wife Debra Rose Duncan; and his siblings, Lila Newcomb and Charles Duncan (Bubby).
He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Duncan, Rachel Lester, Tammy Craft, Elzie Lester, Ginger Mullens, Crystal Lester and Benny Lester; his cousin Billy Charles; his close friends, Ritchie Taylor, Ricky McNeely, Bobby Frazier, Donald Scarberry and Johnny Ray Vincell; and his sister-in-law Kathy Green. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Twin Branch Pentecostal Trinity Assembly (938 Academy Cir, Davy, WV 24828). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
