She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Bender and Lucinda Crum Bender; her husband William Slazo; her daughter Rhonda Slazo; and her daughter-in-law Chrystal Slazo.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Clay (Wayne), Chasity Williams (Ray), Steven Slazo (Billie), Eddie Slazo (Judy), Lanny Slazo (Sabrina) and Teddy Slazo; and her siblings, Shelva Rakes, Dottie Fowler, Patty Adkins, Dale Baisden, Darlene Eldridge, Gwenn Clark, Hazel Harris, Sherman Crum, Dane Bender, Dan Bender, Billy Bender and Clyde Bender.
