He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Calvin Bolyard and Mary Evelyn "Spangler" Bolyard; his daughter Brenda Bolyard; his brother Harlan Bolyard; his nephews, Roy Bolyard and Steve Bolyard; and his sister-in-law Linda Bolyard.
He is survived by: his son Timmy Lee Bolyard Jr.; his stepson Brian Patterson; and his brothers, Roy Bolyard Sr., Denver and Harry A Bolyard (Kay Shannon). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
