It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Owens of Tunnelton, West Virginia, born in Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tarnce McCullan and Marjorie Ellen "Paugh" Wilson; her sons, Kenny Moats and Paul Edward Moats, Jr. (Huck); and her sisters, Norma Wensil and Carol Rager.
She is survived by: her pets, Munchkin, Billy and No Tail; her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Eric Owens; her children, Susie Howell (Mike), Curtis Moats (Charlene), James (Pete) and Greg Moat; and her siblings, Mary Alice Titchenell (Wallace), Pete Wilson (Pearl), Tunelton, Marjorie Albright (George), Connie Hyre (Francis) and Patricia Braham (Jim). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
