It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lynn Murray of Tunnelton, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank "Hop" Ruggles; and her grandparents, Arnett, Vivian Weaver, Norman and Katie Ruggles.
She is survived by: her mother Dianna "Kay" Ruggles (Weaver); her husband Brian Murray; her daughters, Ashley N. Murray (Brian Lee) and Rachael Murray; her sister Kimberly Ruggles Byard (Jeffrey); her niece Catherine Marie Byard; and her nephew Elijah Keith Byard.
